2. Can you deliver my branded products nationwide?

Yes! We provide reliable nationwide delivery across South Africa.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard lead time is 10 working days from enquiry to delivery. This may vary depending on artwork approval speed and order size. We always communicate timelines clearly throughout the process.

4. Do you provide artwork and design services?

Yes. Our creative team develops tailored branding concepts for your products. We provide digital proofs before production to ensure accuracy and alignment with your brand.

5. Can I make changes to the artwork once approved?

Once artwork is approved, we start the branding process. Any changes after approval may cause delays and additional charges. That’s why we encourage thorough review before final approval.

6. What happens if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We have a strict quality control process. If an item is defective or incorrectly branded due to our error, please notify us within 1 working day of delivery. We will repair, replace, or credit the affected items should the return be approved by management.

7. Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable products?

Yes. We provide a selection of eco-friendly branding solutions.

8. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Full payment or agreed deposits are required before we proceed with your order. Payment details are provided on your official invoice.
