We specialize in the sourcing, branding, and delivery of promotional products and corporate gifts.
All products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in color, design, or specification due to manufacturing or branding processes.

5. Quotations and Orders
-All quotations are valid for 7 (seven) calendar days unless otherwise stated.
-Orders are only confirmed once written approval and full payment (or the agreed deposit) have been received.
-Production will not begin until artwork approvals are confirmed in writing.
-Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of payment confirmation.
6. Artwork, Branding & Production
-Artwork is provided prior to production for client approval.
-Production commences only after written approval of artwork.
-KR Branding & Gifting Solutions (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any errors, spelling mistakes, or design issues once artwork has been approved.
-Standard production and delivery timelines are 10 working days from final artwork approval and payment; however, timelines may vary based on order size, product type, or supplier availability.
7. Pricing & Payment
-All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
-Payment must be made via EFT to the bank details provided on the official invoice.
-Orders will not proceed or be dispatched until payment is received in full.
-Custom-branded orders must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-A standard 80% deposit (or the agreed deposit) of the total order amount is required on quotation acceptance before we can move forward with your order.
8. Delivery
-We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.
-Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier schedules, and order size.
-Risk and ownership transfer to the client once goods are collected by or delivered to the courier.
-KR Branding & Gifting Solutions (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, supplier delays etc.).
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Branded Items
-Due to the customized nature of our products, branded or personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly branded due to our error.
-Defects or issues must be reported within 1 working day (24 hours) of delivery.
-If a return is accepted, we will repair, replace, or credit the item at our discretion.
Unbranded Items
-Unbranded stock items may be returned within 7 (seven) days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval.
-Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
-A 15% handling and restocking fee will apply to all approved returns to cover administration and processing costs.
-Delivery and collection costs for returned items are for the client’s account.
Cancellations
-Orders cancelled after artwork approval or partial production may incur charges for work already completed.
-Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
KR Branding & Gifting Solutions (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:
-Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
-Losses arising from courier delays, supplier shortages, or third-party failures;
-Damage to goods after delivery or collection.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content, materials, business model, KR Rewards+ loyalty program and processes on this website are the intellectual property of KR Branding & Gifting Solutions (Pty) Ltd or its suppliers.
No content may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
