Track My Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. This email will include:
- Courier name - DPD
- Your waybill (tracking) number
- A copy of your waybill for reference
You can use your waybill number to track your order directly on the courier’s website.

How to Track Your Order
Check Your Email: Look for the dispatch confirmation email from KR Branding & Gifting Solutions.
Locate Your Waybill Number: Your email will include a copy of your waybill.
Track Online: Click the link below or visit the courier website and enter your waybill number to check your delivery status.
